Tuition and Registration for the 2024-2025 School Year

All registration and tuition fees are non-refundable.
Families who are unable to pay the registration fee for the 2024-2025 school year while making monthly payments for the current 2023-2024 school year should contact Mrs. Engel.
The tuition shall be paid in one of the following methods:
- One lump sum paid by June 15– 2% discount applied.
- Online Payments Through TADS
- Payments can be made in 10 months, quarterly (August, October, January, March), semiannually (August & January)
- By check in the school office
Tuition Assistance
Immanuel Lutheran Church is dedicated to the ministry of Immanuel Lutheran School. The staff of Immanuel Lutheran is humbled by the commitment of our congregation to Christian education and thankful for the blessings associated with teaching at our school.
Based on the actual cost of educating a student at Immanuel Lutheran and the tuition rates that are charged, every family at Immanuel Lutheran receives a tuition waiver from the congregation. We are blessed by the financial support of ILC and the spiritual support we receive through prayer. We thank God for the opportunities He provides to share the Good News of Jesus' birth, death, and resurrection with all who join us in worship and for all who attend our school.
Registration fees are due at the time your child’s registration paperwork is submitted. Registration fees are non-refundable.
Tuition may be paid in full or families may schedule online payments through TADS.
Invest in Kids Act
The Illinois Invest in Kids Act is designed to help you have a choice for the best K-12 school for your child—including Immanuel Lutheran School (K-8).
If your family qualifies for free or reduced lunch (according to federal guidelines), you could qualify for 50%, 75% or 100% of necessary tuition and fees to send your child to the private school of your choice.
Good News Discount
Current Immanuel Lutheran families who refer a new family to Immanuel Lutheran School will receive a credit towards the following year’s tuition. The current family will receive a $300 credit for each family it refers that enrolls at least one full-time student. Current families that refer families with only part-time students will receive $150 credit per family. A current family can earn a maximum of $600 in tuition credits.
